Customer service is terrible, all the way from Management down. I will definitely go somewhere else to do my shopping. By far the worst Wal-Mart in the Memphis area.
I have never had issues with shopping in this location but for the first time I went to their Automotive department for a new set of tires. Customer service was horrible I got absolutely no help. I was told they only had three of the size tire I needed and the guy expected me to buy three tires and go to another location to get the other.
Went to Smart Styles to get my hair done. Was a bit upset that my regular hair dresser will no longer be there. Michelle was a great hair style. Very caring and gave great customer service. Did get my hair done by another stylist but I prefer Michelle Foster. She has been doing my hair for years and knows exactly what I want.
Wanted to give this store zero stars, but Google wouldn't let me. Closes @ midnight, electronics closes @ 10pm, & too many people in the store for 3 registers only. This Walmart sucks. Try another Walmart or find a Target.
He wouldn't look into the system to tell me which location had four tires. They were very slow and unattentive. And on top of all of that, they lock their customers in the store to prevent theft because automotive is in the back of the store. I had to stand around and wait for someone to come and let me out of the store. This is a safety hazard.
Great shopping, store. But slow on keeping stock on the selves. I'm start going to Southaven, Ms. To find some items.
