Most shoes are not displayed which makes the store look as if it's going out of business.

Employees are in their own world. Even if you ask them for assistance chances are they will call someone else to assist you.
The staff was professional and friendly. The merchandise was easy to find and uncluttered. The sales were awesome. I purchased more than what I went in for I even had $12 of rewards points that I didn't know I had on my Sears card.
