My father was buried in the Veteran's Park area in 2005. His grave has been vandalized (copper urn stolen) and the upkeep around the headstones doesn't exist. I try to make the 45 minute drive every few months to remove weeds. If I didn't, it would be completely covered by now. They do not care about you, your deceased, your property, their property or their maintenance. I do not recommend.
It has been 6 months since we burried my son and all I get is the run around on why my sons headstone has not been installed. And they don't return calls in a timely manner.
I was there yesterday and counted 15 headstones that have been vandalized within 100 feet of my father's grave. I reported this to management 2 years ago and was never once told that I should report it myself to police. I feel that the business would report the theft as it is on their property. I am sure Memphis PD has enough on their plate, however, I will be sure and call the next time I have several hours to wait for a response and for law enforcement to arrive and hope to God that there isn't a graveside service in process or any customers interested in purchasing a plot. I am sure you know that as a business owner, you should file the claim, but if it opens the door to solutions, I will proceed....

My nephew was buried there just last month. They made the process very smooth. The only thing missing is his headstone. But they do have a stake in the ground with his name and the years.
My brother was buried there in 2013 and they were excellent. I visit regularly and no problems.
It has been since July when we buried my mother in law and as of Feb. 22 2016 still have not got the dates on her headstone have heard so many stories that just can't buy any more excuses
