They are the most unprofessional people I have ever met. They were so rude to my husband after his Mother died. Other family members told them not to let my husband in to see his Mother. These people should t be alllowed to be in business. Very tacky place, very rude employees
The most horrible service ever!!! They only give lies and excuses!!! Headstone hasn't been delivered and it's been 6 months since we paid and ordered it! Save yourself the heartache, please go else where!!! The whole team Brenda, Melissa all horrible in providing grieving families care! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
I'm warning you while you're up ahead to not do business with this company or you will be an unsatisfied customer as I am. I paid off a headstone 02/2017 and today I have not seen a headstone or neither can anybody (Boaz/Brenda) offer me information regarding this headstone. I have called a MILLION times, most times I leave a msg with the receptionist & NEVER get a returned phone call. I have also sent an email and faxed a letter of complaint which both (Boaz/Brenda) called and stated they were working on it and was going to contact me back ASAP (that was 08/01/2017) and again I have not heard ANYTHING! I informed them when I talked to them, I will be making a trip to Memphis and SOMETHING is going to be handled since they can't handle things with me living out of town. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and LACK COMMUNICATION SKILLS!

Not a very good experience, at all. No follow thorough m but lots of double talk and had I been in my right mind at the time of my mother’s passing I would have been very unpleasant and rude and set it off in there but alas had to do what needed to be done and will never forget that I was wheeling and dealing to have my mother buried the day before her funeral services.
