Customer Service is mostly always on point. They acknowledge you when you enter.. The new manager is cool (he).. However, one of the younger cashiers (girl) was on the phone when I walked up to the counter for check out, instead of her putting her phone down to acknowledge me she continued texting.
Worst customer service.... Not ever but pretty bad
This is a horrible place to shop it's always junky and is horribly zoned. Cashiers except for one or two are garbage. I never see a manager there.
This is my first time going to Family Dollar. They had quite a few things I didn't expect to see you in there. They have pretty good variety on their items. I guess I was expecting a store like Dollar Tree but it was more like Fred's. I would have to say some of their items probably better than Fred's maybe a little closer to Walmart (Even though My family and I do not shop at Walmart for many many many many reasons. If you ask certain people in my family they'll tell you Walmart to evil company) Quite a nice surprise. Their employees were very nice knowledgeable and friendly. I will be returning to do some of my weekly shopping for a family of 6. With such a large family we have to be they smart with our pennies. My husband works extremely hard to provide for his family. So I do my best to make sure we get the most bang for our buck. To summarize I left very happy.
Horrible customer service from the manager on Duty@ this store he lied about it being a robbery to me and other customers and ran to the door so he wouldn't let us in he has a very nasty disposition and he's a nasty individual and he should be fired immediately.!!!! I want to know who hired him in the 1st place!!!!!!!!!
