Usually they are good and dependable. However recently they read a zip code number wrong on a computer printed BOL and my shipment ended up in west Atlanta. Then when we called to check on the order they said that they would get it back to Memphis the next day. However when we got it, was only one of the five pallets. Then it took them several days to get the other 4 pallets from the west Atlanta terminal back to us in Memphis. So sometimes they are real good and sometimes they are real bad.
