The room is horrible the sheets had multiple stains on them. Towels was yellow, front desk acted like he didn't see it and I had to take them the other set of covers that also had multiple stains on them. Mold in on the tub. Tub was not clean. The refrigerator was loud. All you hear is people walking around upstairs. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. It was not the same or close to as it was advertised on the website. Whole in the wall. They over charge you. They are VERY VERY rude. You ask them for help and they say no English but when you check out they speak English then
Advertisement on outside board said vacancy and 49.99 for room. After 14 hours on road we did a uturn and went back. When we booked room was told no more rooms at that price we need to pay for double. $70.00. Remember sign outside says there is at that rate. After a small argue, we book the room. So larger room, smoking. No lights in bathroom areas. Freezer door open and frozen down into refrigerator. Microwave unplugged, so plugged in to use, does not work. No ashtray. Extra lamp someone placed in room does not work even with bulb from smaller lamp and plugs by sink do not work. Went down to complain. Solution was to give us new room, or partial refund. Ended up with agreeing to partial refund but no, they have to recharge your credit card for new rate before they can refund your card refund. We did not! Why would you charge me again before you issue us a credit? We just stayed where we were no resolve! Do not stay Here! No help with management and the night staff didn't care just said boss would be in in the Morning!
I wish I could give a 0 stars review. I was driving from Altanta to Oklahoma and all I needed was somewhere to sleep overnight. My dad had been in the hospital for the past 97 days and was transferred to Oklahoma City and I had to drive my car full of medical supplies. I had been at the motel for about an hour when I heard knocking at my door, I looked outside the hole and someone in a hoodie ducked and ran away. This happened twice before I called the front desk. She said she would check the cameras and hung up. The person started banging on my door four more times then I called her back telling her I was very scared and concerned and was only 22 years old and by myself. I started crying and she hung up on me. The banging started again and then the front desk would not answer the phone when I tried to call and tell her I needed to leave. I had to call the police so that I could have an escort to my car to leave the motel. They came, did a report, and took me to my car and helped me find a new hotel. The police told me prostitutes and drunk men often lurk around the motel. I tried to contact the manager the next day to get a refund. I could not get in contact him for 8 days, and when I did he told me he talked to the police and had confirmation there was a drunk mad man banging on my door but there was nothing he could do to refund me. He completely dismissed my situation.
This is my second time staying here and it was a lot better the first time. The room was decent could have been cleaning better. But staff was very nice and the place was quiet.
This hotel was the worst hotel I got in on three different rooms and no one was clean so I did not stay there only waste my time
