Basically I found the service to be fantastic with absolutely no issues from the wait after registration, the application process, theory test and the road test.
Took my daughter to get her permit and had a great experience. Everyone was nice and pleasant that I encountered. The only difficulty I encountered was encountering that wind, standing in line, waiting for them to open.
Bad service, really BAD. I was waiting one hour and half for take my knowledge test and they never called my number, I ask twice at the staff and nobody was friendly or clearly. I had many more thing to do in the day and I wasted too much time in that place. Very slow service.
I loved visiting this location when I transferred my out-of-state DL and change of address. But recently, had a very unpleasant visit. Simmons only knows how to yell without any knowledge.
This place used to be hell to go to, but their new system seems to be faster and much more efficient. They get you in and out, in about an hour typically.
