Our experience here was great and then it went downhill very quickly. Came for tires and alignment and the people were very nice and welcoming and helpful but even after that there were two issues: 1) The tires we got weren't there the brand we asked for because of miscommunication. It was okay because a tire is a tire but then one tire went flat overnight. It was not our fault. 2) Coming back the next day to try and fix the issue it took way too long and they were rude to us about it and we couldn't even get a full refund for the mistakes! (The conversation was heated on both sides but, still.) And also it's kind of sexist that I could only find a bathroom for men. Not sure if it was actually unisex but the signage threw me off and I didn't bother to ask about it. But, anyway, after all of that, I recommend this place still, but like any other business you have to be very careful that you get exactly what you ask for and that the issues are resolved to your satisfaction.
They lazy
Really good crew. No bull. They fix what you ask and just advise of possiboe problems. The guys even helped me and my brother in law load my car onto his truck so that I could fix it myself bc they knew the repairs would be too costly. Don't close this Sears.
Don't waste your time making an appointment. My appointment was at 11am and I was told to come back the next day and try again.
The Employees are friendly and they seem to care. They will not charge you before fixing a new issue that you did not come in for. They need wifi for the wait.
