Very unprofessional team. I ordered a WWE wrestling cake on November 13th for my sons Birthday celebration which was held on Saturday November 24th. I sent emails, called time after time, left voicemails etc and still no returned phone call and no cake. This birthday was very special to him and the family because his dad was murdered 2weeks before his birthday and he was really truly excited about having the WWE 3D cake but thanks to Custom Creations with your let downs my 9 year old say it was still the BEST PARTY EVER.
